DTS is an association of patent attorneys and lawyers providing highly qualified legal advisory services to clients world-wide. The DTS copyright practice enjoys an outstanding reputation, having successfully represented the interest of artists and authors, both nationally and internationally. The Head of the copyright practice, attorney-at-law Dorothee Thum, is co-author of the practitioner’s commentary to the German copyright law (Praktiker-Urheberrechtskommentar), a standard reference manual published by C. H. Beck Verlag.
