DTS litigation
One of the main areas of activity of DTS is litigation. DTS handles litigation for both plaintiffs or defendants. One of the most important aspects in German litigation is that the plaintiff has to prove all facts brought up to the court. The defendant wins the case if the plaintiff failed to prove the facts and leaves the court in doubt.
DTS is specialized in handling these cases in order to efficiently litigate patents against a defendant and offers strategies to collect all necessary facts to be presented to the court. DTS is a dedicated "boutique", consisting of experienced specialists whose main areas of practice are patent law, trademark law, design model law and copyright law.
Litigation include infringement actions with request for an injunction, damages and destruction, and preliminary injunction proceedings, mostly in patent, trademark and design model cases.
