A main focus of DTS Zurich, therefore, lies with the build-up and structuring of international patent portfolios as well as with devising contractual and management frameworks for licensing of patents. DTS further offers consultancy services to investors wishing to invest in technology stock by analyzing a company's existing patent portfolio - generally through an IP-Due diligence.
DTS Zurich closely cooperates with fellow Swiss attorney's-at-law as well as competent trust lawyers with a long-standing experience in building up and developing the pertinent international company structures. Special tax legislation will be taken into consideration.
Furthermore, DTS Zurich advises clients filing national applications with the Swiss Intellectual Property Institute (Institut für Geistiges Eigentum – IGE) in Berne, the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) in Geneva and the European Patent Office (EPA) in Munich.
