The office of DTS Hamburg focuses on the following practice areas: distribution law, law of delivery contracts, company law, general civil law. DTS Hamburg consults all clients of D T S, also outside the region of Hamburg, due to a high mobility of the lawyers.
DTS Hamburg concentrates on medium-sized companies. The attorneys present in this office also advise on international trade relations and joint ventures of the clients, especially concerning relations with companies based in France and in Italy, as well as on all questions of cross-border shareholding positions.
Together with DTS Munich, DTS Hamburg also provides advice on intellectual property matters, including patent infringement and drafting of license agreements.
